VS Code doesn't see dependencies in C#?

Hello.
Created a NET Core project, decided to try to write it in Code, instead of the usual studio. I added the dotnet add package EntityFrameworkCore NuGet package to the project, did a dotnet restore , but the assembly did not pick up.

When building, it also throws out an error like a link is missing.

Although, as far as I understand, all links are indicated.
How to solve this problem?
