VPS - Wordpress site works sooooo slow, what should I do?

Good day!
The site itself: we-dream.ru ~ 30-45 seconds
Purchased theme: demo.yithemes.com/cheope - loading time: 2.4 seconds
Internally it loads faster, in ~10 seconds
What it does all this time: https:/ /nimbus.everhelper.me/client/notes/share/78...
Mystery...
Server: 20 GB, 1 GB memory, Intel Xeon E3-1270 3.10 GHz
What could it be I'm already tired of looking...
What was tried , which I swore at but was not confirmed:
1. PHP version on VPS 5.3.3 - today I launched a test VPS from 5.5, the difference was not actually noticed, it loaded for the same long time.
2. Plugins are mostly standard, the same ones are on other sites, but loading is fast there.
Fast sites are on the same server.
That is, for example, out of 20 sites, 15 of which, for example, this one is stupid on WP
3. W3 Total Cahce was installed, the problem was not solved, or rather, the first page load still takes half a minute, and then everything flies - it does not fit
4. Set memcache was of no use
5. Pictures on the site are large in weight - slow loading, of course this is possible, but because of the pictures there would be no such sub-frames, plus I already tried parallelizing them on different subdomains, it didn’t become much more fun.
6. I wrote to the developers of the template, gave the admin panel, now they are silent for the second day
7. WP_MEMORY_LIMIT increased
What else can you think of and how to identify the "weak link"?
UPD: Disabled all plugins and scripts including Woocommerce - the site started to turn.
Included all plugins and scripts except for woo - the site works fine.
I turn on only woocommerce again, everything is loaded for 30 seconds.
Obviously, the question is in woocommerce, but what to do is not clear yet...
Are there any tips/recommendations?
There are a lot of products, but the lion's share of them has not been published. There are only 200 of them not in drafts now ...
Or maybe I'm completely stupid, and everything is obvious ...

@alebul

You can do this https://jsfiddle.net/evg_/9cgL3qb2/
But xs, in this case I can not vouch for the optimal solution.

oh, doesn't it fit? And who will warmup the cache for you? Just make a script that warms up the cache using curl.
it is not just necessary to put it, but also so that the code can cache everything in it.
did you enable opcache?
I recommend you change VDS to something with more memory and faster storage. There are also VDS optimized for WP.

@mr_icom

Similar problem.
Already moved to another host.
I fill in pure WP + WooCommerce - and the server falls down
Processor, 4Ghz
Memory, 2048MB
Is it possible to optimize somehow?
