VPS degradation on Ubuntu 16 server, how to win?

I've noticed this thing for a long time - let's call it virtual OS degradation . Healed by reboot.
Is this a feature of the OS or virtualization as a technology in general?
Moreover, no memory leaks and other things are observed (if Munin is not lying) - but the return time slowly increases, starts from 0.1 sec on average, but after 2 weeks it reaches 0.26-0.3 sec. Moreover, there is no increase in traffic, no content was added during these 2 weeks.
I observe this effect for as long as I sit on the hetzner ..

Show us a hundred charts for a couple of weeks or a month - CPU, RAM.

There is a possibility that the demons are full of memory and with more memory, responsiveness drops. Do you have php-fpm in your backend?
