VPN problems?

Hello. I have several branches, at all Mikrotik offices. IP phones are connected to the asterisk via L2TP. The essence of the problem: 4 branches with a network of 0.0/24 and one 1.0/24, the main office is 10.0/24. Only 1 branch 0.0/24 and branch 1.0/24 work normally. The rest - do not work (phones are not registered in Astkrisk). And a ping go, tracing too. All idle ones have the same subnet. Configs are the same everywhere. In what there can be a problem who faced? I will be glad to any infe.
