VPN does not work on iOS over Wi-Fi, what is the reason?

VPN does not work on two iOS devices (iPhone + iPad) via Wi-Fi. If you connect a VPN on an iPhone via a mobile network, everything works fine, via Wi-Fi it connects successfully, but neither the browser nor the applications load anything. Mac connects without problems.
Beeline and MGTS providers.
I would be grateful for tips!

In the server config, try to bring your variables to this form:

push "redirect-gateway def1 bypass-dhcp"
push "dhcp-option DNS 127.0.0.1"
push "dhcp-option DNS 10.8.0.1"
push "dhcp-option DNS 1.1.1.1"

The first line should fix your wireless problem.
Also try the DNS from my example and check them with dnsleaktest.
