VPN connection is disconnected with error 829. How to automatically reconnect?

A connection with the SoftEtherVPN server is successfully established on several computers using standard Win7 tools. Then during the day on one of them the connection breaks unnoticed by the user who edits files on a remote server and breaks off when saving. The logs indicate that the connection was terminated with an 829 error. Judging by the timing, at about the same time when the user tried to save the file (initiated a call to a remote server via VPN)
In the connection settings, there is a checkbox "call back when it breaks" and despite this, the connection is not restored. Why?
