VPN access to the network. What is the problem?

There are several Mikrotik gateways (providers) in the home network.
On one of the gateway the VPN server is lifted.
There is a problem:
when accessing the home network from outside via vpn, there is
no access to IP addresses whose gateway looks towards another gateway, not a VPN server.
Access to IP addresses in which the gateway of the VPN server is specified is available .
tell me how to set it up.

All your Mikrotiks must have a route to the network you are working from, or, alternatively, NAT is configured on the VPN server with VPN to LAN.

if mikrotiks are physically connected, configure RIP, go wherever you want, and cut off unnecessary on the forward in the firewall,
your problem is the lack of routes, but in order not to produce a bunch of static routes on hosts, just make sure that all your routers know about all your networks and there will be fire.
