VoIP Push notifications and AppStore - any problems?

Good afternoon!
Tell me, if push notifications are received and displayed in the application via VoIP (PushKit), then there may be problems when publishing to the AppStore? This refers to the use of VoIP for notifications, and not for calls.

apparently they can, in the documentation , in the very first sentence it says that for VoIP applications: "For VoIP apps, reduce battery impact and deliver a better experience by registering for and receiving notifications."

These are like quick notifications, they should wake up the device for further registration on the SIP server, if this is taken into account and then the application makes calls, then it can be like a notification ...
