Voice interface and voice menu - what's the difference?

Is it the same thing, or are there any differences?

Voice interface - means voice control - the user says commands. Voice menu - pronunciation of menu items to the user and selection of the menu item by the user.
The difference is obvious: in the first, the tongue works, in the second, the ears and "button-pressing" parts of the body.
