Adaptation of the tree-like menu for mobile devices. How is it better?
There are several layout options, the sidebar with a tree-like menu is moved up above the content and:
1. Leave everything as it is. Cons: Long scroll to content. Pluses: visual nesting structure is saved.
2. In the case of a two-level menu, the second level items can be displayed in a row. Cons: limited to two levels. Pros: visibility is preserved, takes up less space.
3. Hide menu and display select. Cons: This navigation element may not be understood by everyone. Pros: more nesting levels, minimum space and maximum visibility.
I use the second option, but I do not want to be limited to two levels of nesting. I'm leaning towards the third. Surely there are other options?
