Voice control under Android 2.3?

I have a smartphone with Android 2.3, I ran into a problem - I can’t find a voice control program for my phone. In Russian.

Those. that would read SMS and pronounce the name of the subscriber who is calling me.

A search on w3bsit3-dns.com did not give any results, there are a couple of developments, but they are so raw that it is not possible to use them comfortably.

Maybe somewhere there is an application that I missed? :)

my wife has a nokia c7, so her sms is pronounced with an expression, as if a real person is speaking.
