vmtar utility?

I really need the vmtar utility from the vmware esxi distribution to create a custom vmware esxi installation image with alternative raid controller firewood. I rummaged through the entire Internet - it’s not possible to download anywhere, everywhere it’s offered to get it from the host machine in the installed form, which I can’t do, because. vmware is stupidly not installed because of crooked firewood. The network does not rise from the installation live-sd, it does not want to write anything to usb-flash drives.
