Good day to all! I know how to make a bot for a group in python, but is it possible somehow to make a bot from my VK page, i.e. so that if they wrote to me, the bot answered?

Only by pretending to be an official VK client in any way, for third-party standalone applications, the message api is disabled.

Of course, you can do it on your page, but it is highly not recommended. there are a couple of minuses:
1. Captcha can arrive with a large number of replies to messages
2. VK does not approve of bots on the page and can be banned for this
