What would you choose, VK or Telegram, if you had a Windows Phone?

I would put both, yuzal which is more convenient

I use both the first and second and vatsap and ICQ and Skype. and all sorts of rubbish smaller. telegram is more to vatsap. but the second one is more common. They write that the first is more secure. but something is hard to believe. VK is regularly monitored by special services. so if there is something to hide ... you can safely put a stone around your neck and jump into the river. =)
