VK API: Working with Long Poll server?

There was a problem using Long Poll in VK API. Based on the documentation , everything seems to be logical and simple:

1. Pulling the messages.getLongPollServer method
   
2. We receive a set of parameters in response
   
3. We form a URL and send a GET request there
   
4. Hanging... Hanging... Hanging...
   
5. Sooner or later we get an answer.
   
6. We form the following request based on the response (change ts)
   

Everything works fine for me right up to trying to connect to a longpoll server: instead of waiting and responding, I get a 404 code and the markup of the corresponding page in the body. I suggested that the jamb is related to the headers, added "Accept: application / json" - one fig produces a 404th page. Tell me, who faced, what could be the problem?

Show how the URL from point 3 is formed, have you tried to change the protocol http/https?
It is possible that they have a problem, maybe it's worth writing to the support?
