There is a link to upload a photo in the postUrlHttp variable (obtained by the photos.getWallUploadServer method) and there is a photo url from a third-party site in the picUrl variable. How to post a photo on the wall?
Ps: There is already a photo in the form of bytes, there is an address where you need to upload a photo, but after a post request, the empty value photo is still returned
