[VK API] messages.removeChatUser how to make a request on behalf of the community?

Good day! How can I exclude a user from a conversation using a chatbot? Messages.removeChatUser method - requires chat_id number, not more than 100000000, but where can I get it when peer_id number is more than 2000000000? How in general to use this method on behalf of community? Thank you all =)))

my whole mistake was that I ran this method in the sandbox. it didn’t work like that)) with the key on behalf of the community - everything is fine))) chat_id on my behalf and on behalf of the community are just different))
