VK api, error 14, how?

I do the publication of posts in the group, no spam. Just 5 posts a day maximum. I created everything, application, keys, tokens. But magic, everything works from the test domain, I transfer it to the working domain, I get a new token just in case (offline, without restrictions, i.e.) and asks for a captcha. And I never even sent it.
