visual studio. How to save a form in XAML?

Good afternoon. I saw on the Internet that you can create a WPF form, save it in XAML and fasten it to Powershell for the GUI.
But if I'm not creating a WPF form, but just a Windows Form, I throw elements there - Can I save it in XAML to attach it to Powershell? Or is it possible to tie this form to PS in some other way?

You just need to immediately create a WPF project in VS, not WinForm.
