Visual Studio crashes. How to diagnose?

For no reason, the studio started to fly out at startup in 1-2 seconds.
The first thought was to reinstall.
It crashed when deleting, I had to delve into the log - I complained about the lack of files. Threw the required files from the directory with the studio installer - deleted normally.
Installed normally. It still flies.
devenv.exe \Log 1.txt - no errors, nothing in neighboring logs either.
Installer - the "fix" button does not help either.
Windows also crashes in safe mode.
There is a place on the hard.
There is no way to reinstall Windows (password for BIOS, laptop, no reset methods found, no programs helped, there is no way to reflash the chip yet).
Therefore, Windows has not been reinstalled for a long time, I may well sin on incorrect registry keys for some reason, but until recently everything worked like clockwork.
Window shamans, tell me where to dig. How to diagnose? No leads, no information. Point to the right path.
PS I didn't find anything in the Windows logs, but I'll keep looking.
Upd.: I forgot to write: I tried it under a different user - the problem persists. Windows 7 Pro x64 license

The only thing that comes to mind is https://support.microsoft.com/ru-ru/kb/929833#book...
And yet - is the 64-bit version of VS?

I had this after installing Git.

About git. Yes, I installed it, but I used it calmly, until the sutdia started to crash. I don't think that's the issue, but I can't rule it out either.
sfc scannow did not help.
I decided to solder the memory to the BIOS and reinstall Windows, but this decision confuses me very much.

Most likely you initiated the .git repository right in your user folder. You need to remove it, after that everything will work
