USB devices do not work on the first start of Windows 7. How to fix it?
Hello.
There are two SSD drives, one of which has Windows 7 installed, the second Linux Mint. The bootable OS is selected from the BIOS boot menu.
After shutting down Linux Mint, the first time you start Windows 7, USB devices are not "picked up". You have to restart the computer in order for the devices to be detected when Windows restarts. The situation is unchanged: on the first boot, the mouse and keyboard do not work, on the second and subsequent boots they work. And so every time after switching between operating systems.
How can I fix the situation so as not to load Windows twice every time? Maybe add some service to startup? With Windows on "You", so I'll forgive the help.
Additional question. Are there any bootloaders that allow you to choose which hard drive to boot from. At the same time, to work normally with Windows and Linux. To catch each time the moment to press F2, to put it mildly, is annoying.

The situation is unchanged: on the first boot, the mouse and keyboard do not work, on the second and subsequent boots they work.Install specialized drivers for your USB controller and devices.
The bootable OS is selected from the BIOS boot menu. Not the OS, but the disk! Yes, that's the difference.
Catch every time the moment to press F2And why catch it, stupidly press eight times with a pause of 1 tenth of a second and that's it.
Are there any downloadersFull!
