Visits to the site from a strange IP, what could it be?

On one of the sites I observe direct transitions from a strange IP, namely 10.20.0.1 , maybe someone came across this, what could it be?
Yandex Metrica says that this is a transition to the site via a link from this IP, the time that the "visitor" spent on the site is always different, but no more than 1 page is always viewed and this page is Home.
Another addition is the site to which this hotel is transferred.

From time to time, providers have glitches that internal addresses from the 10.x or 192.168 ranges get to the Internet (it is not clear how routing works).
I stumbled a couple of times when I tried to configure my router by accessing 192.168.1.1, but ended up on a completely different router under the same initial login (admin admin). Although in a good way this should never happen.
Maybe these are transitions from the internal network of the same hosting provider where the site is running. For example, someone from another resource goes (in the sense of a program, or someone else's site on command) to your page and collects / monitors some data.
