Win7 OS, avast antivirus is red and does not start, dr web cure it also does not start.
An incomprehensible element hangs in autoload, if you uncheck it and restart, then the checkmark is back in place.

There is no physical access to the computer (Team Viewer), only remotely, can I somehow cure it without reinstalling the OS?

You can try, but it will work or not - is unknown.
By the way, if there is a teamviewer host there, then you can reinstall Windows as well.
