Viruses in an empty compiled project?

Malware

Downloaded the latest version of lazarus from www.lazarus-ide.org/.
Installed it.
Created an application. (file->create->app, didn't do anything else)
Uploaded compiled exe file to virustotal.com
and it found WhiteArmor : Malware.HighConfidence

This normal for lazarus? Can anyone check again?

I collected everything exactly the same on another computer Win32.Trojan.WisdomEyes.16070401
I read Chinese forums, these triggers work on PC identification elements.
