Virus in files?

Hello, a virus entered the site, infected files like {"\x47\x4c\x4fB\x41\x4c
The site was scanned, but manually cleaning the files is not an option. Can I do it automatically?

You can roll back to the latest revision. Are you using a version control system? If not, go to the last backup. If there is no backup - suffer. Please clean with your hands.
