VirtualBox loses network after hibernation in Windows 10, how to fix?

VirtualBox 5.2.8 is installed on Windows 10 Pro, which is used to run Docker containers (I know about HyperV, but it's more convenient for me).
If the laptop is put into sleep and withdrawn (it doesn’t matter how long, at least immediately, at least through the night), then the virtual machine loses the network. DNS does not work, the Internet does not work, while the network works from the host and back.
It helps to simply turn off the network adapter in the virtual machine.
On Win7 earlier everything was exactly the same, but the network was not lost anywhere.
Can someone come across, what is the reason?

Probably power saving settings. When the camp falls to sleep, it turns off the USB, network, disk, and everything, everything, everything, to save energy. Go to the control panel and configure the power saving options, indicate that you do not need to turn off the network.
