Virtualbox and old programs in fullscreen?

When you run programs / toys that work in a resolution of 800 * 600 (in general, any lower than the resolution of the monica) in a virtual machine, the window of the virtual machine is reduced to this resolution, even if the virtual machine is running in full screen mode. It turns out a small window with a program / game in the center and gray stripes around. The question is how to make the virtual machine stretch the low-resolution image to full screen or to the entire window of the guest OS. Example:
