Virtual toll free number for forwarding?

Need a virtual one? forwarding number.
Task: the number of an arbitrary country on the globe will forward calls to my real one in the phone (sim card).
The price of incoming calls is not important (I mean the price tag for the caller does not interest me).
I would like a free number, or at least for tests. Ready to pay more.
Tried for nothing, something did not understand.
Perhaps a free scheme is still real virtual number ---- SIP number ----- operator's mobile number
