Virtual card service or plastic issue in another country to work with Blockchain?
The essence of the matter, in short:
I am looking for a USD virtual card service to connect to the blockchain platform. (Because so far "the type of card is not supported", no matter what ruble payment system I put on it)
1. I found a similar question that it is possible to issue plastic from Webmoney. ( it would seem that this is it, the simplest) The
wallet has long been wound up on WM, I even did a formal certificate, scans loaded all the cases. All credentials, keys to the heap in the database were stored, did not use the wallet for many years. I thought there would be no problem.
What was my surprise when, when trying to login, the system says that my WMID was not found (recovery also says that I am nobody and there is no way to call) In general, WebMoney stupidly removed me from the system.
Okay, I went through all the KYC procedures again, up to shooting on video with reading the user agreement, etc.
So that in the end they tell me: "Unfortunately, issuing a PaySpark UnionPay International card is not possible for your country"
2. There are some services like ePayments. com, but I don't know if it's worth trusting. When the bot asked about passport data, I thought
3. There is also Payoneer, but is it possible to issue plastic through it and who used it at all, what are the tariffs?
4. There is a payer.com service, it is doubtful.
5. It is possible to deposit in another country, but this is a deeper issue (and this is additional deanonymization).

6. Netspend.com, but it's a Prepaid card. Someone used? I watch the tariffs bite, for the issuance of a virtual card. And it is possible to issue it to a citizen of the Russian Federation. (More likely no than yes)
7. Alfa-Bank's multicurrency card, but it is not yet clear whether the blockchain is stealing it.

Buy crypts through exchangers and don’t worry, + cards for the CIS are very reluctant to issue
