Violation of the Yandex search license?

Will it be a violation of the Yandex license to publish a study based on data obtained from various Yandex services?
Or is it open sources - data from which I can freely dispose of?
We used data from the following services:
Yandex.direct
Yandex.demand
Yandex.catalog

The first step is to find the license agreement for the use of services itself and look there.

wordstat.yandex.ru, for example, use link aggregators such as Seopult (as well as a bunch of SEO software) and Yandex seems to have made no claims against them. In principle, parsing them and mixing data does not violate copyright, since this most likely falls under citation.
