Context. Why do I see competitors' ads, but I don't see my own?

Good afternoon.
Tell me please. Why do I go to any resource, and constantly (from the word always) I see a competitor's advertisement (the same product. Dressers). This is RSA. I also have ads. What could be the reason ? Lower rate?
