Violating licenses on GitHub for OpenSource projects
So, I have a question.
Let's say I have a project on GitHub under the GNU / GPLv3 license (it's not for nothing that you can choose them when creating a turnip) and someone violated the terms of this license. I'm wondering who will be on my side and how can I prove that this is my code. And will GitHub itself be on my side?
Sorry if this question has already been asked :)

If this license is translated into Russian and at the moment the product based on your code is making a profit, then you can apply. If there was no translation at the time of copy-paste (xs how they will prove this moment), then nothing can be done on the territory of Russia. If there is no profit from this, then no one will even deal with it. Plus, you need to take into account the fact that the .git folder can be changed as you like, then prove that it was copied from you, and not you, too, anrial, and if the one who copy-pasted looked into our laws, then prove something on the territory of Russia almost unrealistic.
