VimpelCom (Beeline) - global problems in the network?

For about 4 hours (from about 03:00 08/01/2013 Moscow time) we have been observing problems with the Internet from VimpelCom. In support they say that a router in Moscow has come up. Sadness is observed from the Far East to Dolgoprudny, where the data centers of Agava Hosting live, and in fact the servers from there answer a teaspoon per hour.

It is “inspiring” that there is no information from either Agave or Pchelain on official websites. Diagnostics, as always , is carried out by the users themselves .

Is the problem serious, or am I just panicking? Technical measures under Federal Law No. 187 ? :)

Yes, it's still there. Vimpelcom support even taught the robot to say that they have problems with the Internet, immediately before connecting to the operator. Like, if you have no problems with the Internet, then wait for an answer, otherwise you smoke bamboo.
