Video surveillance on android?

I'm interested in the video surveillance system for two android phones
- one as a camera
- the second as a monitor
But I'm interested in exactly -
1- turning on when moving
2- saving to disk (virtual roofing felts, roofing felts how? better of course to a hard drive connected to the phone monitor)
3- viewing the archive of records
Meaning - not to buy a video surveillance system - a registrar-camera-hard drive.

I see some applications in Google Play, but the publisher does not describe the full functionality.
Can anyone come across?
