The most rational list of Google Play countries?

Good afternoon. I recently started publishing my own apps on the Google Play service. All programs are presented exclusively in Russian. At first, I included all states in the list of countries where my application will be available, but then I realized that the Russian language is not so common and there is no point in a large number of countries. Can you advise the best list of countries? For now, I've only included Russia. Maybe include Ukraine or Belarus? CIS countries? Thank you.
