Video problems, how to solve?

The problem is that the video card does not work in games, that is, no matter what game the FPS turns on, it fluctuates up to 10. I tried to somehow do everything myself, but without any result. There is an assumption that the built-in video card is used as the main video card, but the FPS is so bad that even the built-in one would be more, the assumptions are that either there are system limitations, or the video card, neither discrete nor built-in, does not work or is not included. Need your help, below are the specifications of the laptop.
Acer laptop
Processor AMD RYZEN 7 3750H with Radeon Vega Mobile GFX 2.30 GHZ
Video card NVDIA GEFORCE GTX 1650
OP 16 GB
x64 OC Windows 10

If the video cards did not work, there would be no picture at all. Everything runs on your built-in
Delete the drivers for the video cards, download them from the laptop manufacturer's website and rearrange
