Before I installed Ubuntu, the video lags, I switched to Mint "Tara", at first everything was perfect. The system worked quickly, updated the system in a timely manner, but since yesterday the video has become "stupid", is divided into parts and seems to "float". Can you somehow roll back?

Try in the Driver Manager to change the video card driver from proprietary to open or vice versa.
