You can use Javascript - at the onload event. And minus because it is not necessary to do so.

Are you sure you need it?
If you really want to, then I advise you to make this video intro not by default, but to attach it, say, to a “button” so that you are less remembered with an unkind word.
And the easiest way to fasten it is to create a block that closes the entire web page, into which to insert <video src="..." autoplay="true" ...>
