Video in YouTube is played only from the chrome processor?

Good afternoon, I noticed that when watching a video from chrome, the processor is loaded by 20-25%, and the card is idle. If you run through safari - the map is loaded by 10-15%, and the processor does nothing.

Is it supposed to be like this or not?
