Video/Guides for php/mysql development?

I started studying the backend a couple of months ago, I have no experience in development at all. There was a problem - I don’t know where to start when I want to do something myself, from scratch. Does anyone have links to resources where there are detailed guides / examples / videos on developing a site from ZERO. So that I know where to start when developing, what aspects to take into account, and in general to see what and how. Having OOP, Laravel and good coding practice will be a huge plus. Perhaps someone will be able to rummage through their projects so that I check the code and parse it for myself (it actually helps a lot, live examples so to speak), on the Internet there are only ancient sites with proceduralism.

More than enough to get started. There are 3 parts for 1.5-2 hours. In part 3, you can already write your own block with the addition of articles through the site interface, comments and other things.
