If for work, then just do any, even the cheapest if suddenly you are not satisfied with the connectors on the motherboard.
You won't find anything new for 5k. You can find a gtx970 for 5-6k on used sales sites, it will pull any game on average, but your power supply may not be enough here. Then look towards 1050Ti, bp should be enough
