Video card for 2 4k monitors?
I want to buy two 4k monitors with a frequency of 144Hz. Actually the question is: What video card will be able to pull them, if I'm not really going to play?

Well, if you have money for two 4k 144hz monitors (each at least 90 thousand), then you are obviously not constrained in funds, so take the RTX3090
it's not clear why you bought 2 4k at 144 Hz if you won't play, but okay. It seems to me that any video card that supports 4k, 1660 super, etc. will do.
I completely agree with old_stalin , 75Hz, for example, would be enough for normal work.
I have 2 ACER Nitro 27' monitors, one 144hz if I need to play, an additional 75hz. The only negative is that I had to basically remove the extended color range so that the colors match between them.
It costs RX 5700 XT and successfully copes with all tasks (similar to RTX 1660). I'm sure 2x4k will also work, but it seems that Windows has a problem with rendering in 4k.
