Video card fan knocking, what's the matter?

I heard a noise in the computer, it seemed to be knocking, at first I thought maybe some kind of wire was touching the fans, I took it apart and looked nowhere, but there was noise, I stopped the video card fan with my finger, and the noise disappeared, which means it is noisy.
So the question is what to do? How dangerous is it to keep using the computer?
PS: The video card is almost new, so I kind of treat it very carefully, and I'm even afraid to touch it, as a poor student, I'm collecting new figs ..)

If under warranty, replace/repair under warranty.
If not, lubricate, in extreme cases, change the cooler.
You can continue to operate like this, in principle, it will just get worse further.

I do not want to take it, because the computer is desperately needed.

switch the monitor to the built-in one, if any, and use that for now.
