VestaCP - Problems with encoding after updating PHP to 5.6?

VestaCP value AddDefaultCharset UTF-8 on AddDefaultCharset Windows-1251 Didn't help. What can be done about it? Thanks in advance!

Forget about Windows-1251 already, convert all sites to UTF, google it, spend your time - it's worth it.

Add to .htaccess file:

DefaultLanguage ru
AddDefaultCharset windows-1251
php_value default_charset "cp1251"
