Vertical CSS Menu
Good afternoon!
I have a task to make a vertical dropdown menu in CSS and HTML, without using JavaScript or other languages and frameworks. You need to make an effect similar to that of the DNS-SHOP website , namely the column "Product catalog" and when you hover over the parent, a large leaf with children appears.
I know that the Internet is full of examples and at the very first link you can find a menu without scripts, but they will not be the same as we would like - there will not be a common large field, but only by generations.
So, no one has come across this?

And what prevents most to make a large field? jsfiddle.net/alexseroshtan/b5LVP/
Ready decision under the link to you was given by Seneast. On the site you provided, one css was not enough. There is a js timer so that the submenu does not quickly disappear when the mouse pointer is moved away.
