Version of Hipath3000 manager E working in windows 7 (32bit)?

Tell me, is there a version of this wonderful software for such a wonderful PBX Siemens, running under windows 7?
When a connection is established with the PBX via a COM port (there are no other options), data reading starts and the program crashes. (USB-COM adapters are not used, the comport is built into the motherboard)
When running in xp compatibility mode, vista does not see the comport at all.
