Do ODesk and Elance require verification and will the freelancer's age be visible after verification? I'm 19 and I'm afraid of the stereotypes of youth. To be honest, I planned to "add" a couple of years.

You are a fool if you think that cheating is good, what your parents taught you.
If you are a dunce, then an increase of two years will not help you; when verifying a passport and a bank statement, the real date of birth is usually indicated.
