Veracrypt analogues that meet this requirement? Or is it possible to set up Veracrypt?

I am completely satisfied with Veracrypt except for one thing. If you open a Veracrypt volume, write something to it, and it is unsafe to turn off the PC (for example, through the RESET button. Or when the lights turn off in the apartment), then when you restart Veracrypt, you may notice that there is no new data.

That is, in order for the data to be saved, you need to unmount the volume. And if you need access, then mount it again.

I occasionally work with Veracrypt files. And I'm not comfortable with constantly unmounting the volume and mounting again. Yes, and I am not immune from the fact that they can turn off the light during work. And how long could the work last ...
If you only buy a UPS, but good ones are expensive. And at work, for example, or in guests, there may not be a UPS. And my volume on a flash drive can be.

Are there any programs that do not have this drawback?
Or is it possible to configure Veracrypt so that data is not lost during an insecure shutdown?

Bitlocker does not suit me because it encrypts entire drives.
You can put a password on WinRaR, but as the number of files in it grows, it will take
longer to open and change files / their location. File size also matters. In my case, WinRaR slows down a lot.
Just putting a password on the system is not an option, I need a password-protected volume / folder that can be transferred.

Probably, there are no people here who have tried different encryption programs and know such subtleties. Can you at least tell me where to ask this question?
