Veeam Free Agent Windows suddenly become centrally managed?

I installed VeeamAgent Free on the Win server, they were backed up for a week, and then it was all over. When you open the settings window, here is the message
Unable to complete the action because this backup agent is centrally managed by your system administrator.

Now your server is managed centrally, contact your system administrator.

I am one system administrator, naturally I did not set up any additional services. Who can explain this? How to get control back?
