Vbulletin and question marks

I'm trying the Vbulletin 4.07 engine. The database and localization UTF8, everywhere Russian is displayed normally and only in the titles of some blog posts it gives out like this.


How to treat it?

Try disabling auto-insert a space in the middle of long words to move them to another line in the admin panel.
vB is not very unicode friendly and inserts a space in the middle of a letter.
admincp -> General settings -> Show threads (showthread) -> Max characters before newline
